Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin on (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons Arizona Jalapeño spice blend
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Spread the jalapeño herb mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
