Grim Reaper Spicy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

  • 8 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Grim Reaper Hot Sauce (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Increase heat to medium-high, add shrimp and cook until they start to turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in Grim Reaper Hot Sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture until well combined.
  • Serve hot, sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
